PERFORMANCE IGNITION SYSTEM Increases spark output over 15% during acceleration Doubles or triples throttle response over stock system For '86-95 Ford Mustang GT 5.0L models Custom-fit mounting brackets. Original-equipment style modular connectors eliminate need to cut car's wiring harness. Car can be returned to "stock" performance in minutes. Dynomometer tests on stock '94 Mustang GT 5.0L showed 20 hp and 27 ft./lb. torque increase across upper 2/3 of RPM range (additional increases are possible on modified engines with higher compression, superchargers, turbochargers or nitrous injection where a stronger-than-stock ignition is a must). System uses a high-speed digital microprocessor to optimize spark for each combustion event (creates at least 8 sparks throughout the first 20? of total crank rotation). Ultra coil mounts easily in the original-equipment bracket and is designed for use with the high-voltage capacity discharge output. 8.5mm low-resistance Energy Core spark plug wires (included) use "vari-angle" plug-end boots that are compatible with all original-equipment and after-market exhausts.
